Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the SireeNova platform by participating hospitals and their authorized users.
Acceptance
By accessing or signing in to the platform, you agree to these Terms as an authorized user and confirm that you are authorized by your organization to use the platform.
Authorized Users
The platform is intended only for users whose accounts are created by an authorized administrator within a participating hospital or organization. Self-registration is not available.
Account Responsibility
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with others. Any suspected unauthorized use of an account should be reported promptly to the system administrator or the appropriate authority.
Permitted Use
The platform may be used only for blood services operations, including donor management, blood inventory, screening activities, blood transfer requests, and related operational reporting, in accordance with the permissions assigned to the user.
Prohibited Use
Users must not: - Attempt to access data they are not authorized to view. - Use the platform for unauthorized purposes. - Attempt to bypass, disable, or test the platform's security controls without authorization. - Copy, export, or disclose data in violation of the participating organization's policies or applicable regulations.
Hospital Responsibilities
Each participating hospital or organization is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, managing user accounts and permissions, and revoking access when users no longer require the platform.
Service Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform availability. However, service may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Data Ownership
All data entered by participating hospitals or organizations remains their property. SireeNova processes and stores such data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed platform services.
Security
The platform implements security controls designed to help protect data and user accounts. Participating organizations are responsible for securing their devices, managing user accounts, and promoting safe use of the platform.
Suspension or Termination
Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated in the event of a violation of these Terms, security concerns, or upon request by the organization that owns the account.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
