Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the SireeNova platform by participating hospitals and their authorized staff.
Acceptance
By signing in to the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your hospital.
Eligible users
The platform is restricted to authorized hospital staff with accounts issued by an administrator. Self sign-up is not available.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and MFA device. Credentials must not be shared. Suspected compromise must be reported immediately.
Permitted use
The platform may be used only for the clinical, operational, and administrative management of blood bank and donor activities at your hospital.
Prohibited misuse
Users must not attempt to access another hospital's data, export records beyond legitimate clinical need, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with its security controls.
Hospital responsibilities
Each hospital is responsible for the accuracy of records it enters and for governing access by its own staff.
Service availability
The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
Data ownership
Hospitals retain ownership of the clinical and operational records they enter. The platform operator processes that data on their behalf.
Security responsibilities
Security is a shared responsibility. The platform secures its infrastructure; hospitals secure devices, accounts, and the behavior of their authorized staff.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or for security reasons.
Governing terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
